What Is Spinal Flow?

The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, non invasive, holistic healing modality that focuses on the seven gateways of the spine and 33 specific access points to identify and release blockages within the nervous system. These blockages, often rooted in chemical, emotional or physical stress, can disrupt the communication pathways between the brain and nervous systems, leading to various health issues such as pain, disease, and a sense of disconnection.

What Are Spinal Blockages?

 Spinal blockages are obstructions or misalignments along the spine that interfere with the communication between the brain and the rest of the body. These blockages can be a result of physical injuries, emotional stress or trauma, or chemicals (from diet, medicine, etc.) that lead to a buildup of tension within the spinal cord and nervous system. Spinal blockages create interference with the nervous system , which is the body’s main highway of communication, coordinating all bodily functions. Blockages can interfere with nerve signals, leading to various physical and emotional symptoms. When the nervous system is not functioning optimally, the body’s natural healing processes are diminished. This can result in chronic pain, illness and a range of other health issues.

Spinal flow practitioners use the 33 access points primarily located on the cranium and sacrum to activate the body's life force energy & send signals through the nervous system & spine. How Often Are Spinal Sessions Held?
Spinal Flow is going to be a different & unique experience for every body, as we all have different life experiences, traumas, physical discomforts and imbalances to work through. To get the most out of spinal flow, it is recommended to have two 30minute sessions a week for 5-6 weeks. Some clients come daily for two weeks, some come three times a week for four weeks, the key to Spinal Flow is finding out how frequently your body needs to come in order for your flow to stay consistent and increase session to session, more flow means more ease in the body. If after 2 days you feel back to how you did before your previous Spinal Flow session, you should probably come a few days in a row and then begin to spread your sessions out.  Clients who come a minimum of twice a week see the best results! The reason everyone's frequency varies is because our bodies & how they store & release blockages varies!
