What services do you offer?

How do I know which offering is right for me?

Do you work with children or teens?
Yes. Energy healing is gentle and deeply beneficial for younger beings. Parental/guardian consent is required for anyone under 18, and guardians must be present for minors under 16.
Can I gift a session to someone else?
Yes—with joy! Just make sure your loved one is open to receiving. Healing unfolds most powerfully when the soul is ready.

What is Spinal Flow?
Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, intuitive method that works through specific gateways of the spine to release stored trauma, emotional tension, and blocks in the nervous system. It helps your body reconnect to its natural healing intelligence.
How many sessions will I need?
True healing is a journey—not a one-time fix. We recommend a minimum of 12 sessions to allow the nervous system to unwind and to anchor lasting change in body, mind, and energy field. Most people choose to continue their spinal flow journey beyond that once they see the profound shift in themselves physically, mentally & spiritually!
What can I expect after a session?
You may feel lighter, sleepy, emotional, or deeply connected. These shifts are normal. Drink water, rest, and give yourself grace as your system recalibrates.
Can I combine Spinal Flow with other modalities?
Yes! Many clients layer Spinal Flow with Divine Energy Healing, or Mentorship for multidimensional support. Bundles are available for deeper transformation.
Are Spinal Flow sessions virtual or in person?
Spinal Flow is a hands-on technique offered in person only. The session space address will be provided upon booking.

What’s the difference between Reiki and Divine Energy Healing?
– Reiki is a sacred system of healing passed down through lineage and guided by Universal Life Force. It brings balance, peace, and energetic clarity.
– Divine Energy Healing is a mixture of Reiki, Shamanic Healing & intuitive, channeled messages of Divine guidance. It meets you exactly where your soul needs support.
Do you offer Reiki certifications?
Yes. Reiki certification is currently available through two private, powerful paths:
– Our top-selling Dual Mentorship Program, which includes Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Levels 1 & 2 + Shamanic Healing Foundations
– Our Reiki Master Program, which includes Usui Holy Fire® III Master Level + Karuna Ki Reiki

What are the benefits of Reiki?
Reiki calms the nervous system, balances your chakras, clears energetic residue, supports immune healing, and restores your connection to Source. It’s a balm for the soul.
Can Reiki help with trauma or anxiety?
Absolutely. Reiki creates a container of safety for emotional release and nervous system regulation. It gently dissolves what no longer serves.
Is Reiki safe during pregnancy or illness?
Yes—Reiki is gentle, nurturing, and safe for all life stages, including pregnancy, recovery, and chronic conditions.
Are virtual sessions truly effective?
Yes. Energy is not bound by time or space. Many clients experience even deeper relaxation and connection during distance sessions from the comfort of their own home. Jordyn, owner of Lead By Light, started her business only holding sessions over zoom, she now services globally and effectively & successfully conducts healings on a daily basis!
🌙 QUANTUM HEALING HYPNOSIS TECHNIQUE (QHHT)
What is QHHT and what happens in a session?
QHHT, developed by Dolores Cannon, is a deep hypnotic journey where you access your Higher Self and past lives for healing, soul remembrance, and divine insight. Sessions last 4–6 hours and are in person only.
What can I ask my Higher Self during a session?
Anything your soul is yearning to understand. This may include health concerns, spiritual gifts, soul contracts, life purpose, past life connections, and more. Prepare 10–15 clear, heartfelt questions in advance.
Is QHHT safe?
Yes. You’ll be gently guided into a theta brainwave state—deeply relaxed, yet aware. It’s a safe and sacred process of remembrance.
How should I prepare?
Get restful sleep, eat light, and avoid caffeine. Come open, curious, and hydrated. Plan to rest afterward and allow for spacious integration.
Will I need more than one session?
One session can be profoundly life-changing, yet some come back from time to time as they have healed more, have deeper self awareness & new perspectives. Clients tend to regress to lives & lessons relevant to where they currently are to help them on their journey, are multiple sessions necessary? No. But they will help you stay in alignment with your higher self & divine path!

How do I book a session?
Visit the Book Appointment page. Choose your service, select your time, and you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details.
What if no dates are available?
Join the waitlist! Select the service you’re interested in, click “Join Waitlist,” and include your preferred availability. If a cancellation opens up, we’ll reach out directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please honor your time and ours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours forgo their right to a refund & will lose their session. Any bundle client that cancels their session less than 24 hours before their session is subject to a late fee:
– $45 for 60-minute sessions
– $35 for 45-minute sessions
– $25 for 30-minute sessions
✨ No further sessions will be held until all fees are paid in full.
Do you offer payment plans or financial options?
Yes! We accept Klarna and Afterpay at checkout.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes—absolutely. Gifting healing is one of the most beautiful ways to support a loved one’s journey. Email us to purchase a custom gift card.
Can I pause my subscription or bundle?
We allow one pause (up to 30 days) per client with advance notice. Sessions should otherwise be completed within the outlined time frame.
