Ethics:

My tarot readings are to help the client find direction, clarity and calmness on their journey. Tarot does not predict the future, it simply sheds light on current energies and where those energies could potentially lead you.

 

• All Tarot Readings are for entertainment purposes only.

• You have your own free will and you are the expert in your own life. My intention is always to help you to arrive at your own conclusions, not to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. 

•  I do not predict the future …though I may read about the path you are on and where the current energies may be leading, all potential outcomes are dependent on your energy (action & intention) . Tarot reads energy and  I firmly believe that you are in charge of your own life and have the free will to change that energy where you see fit.

• My words are not ‘final’ but are intended as suggestions and prompts which you can interpret exactly how you choose. I encourage you to listen to your own inner voice, confront anything that feels uncomfortable, and follow your intuition when processing the information in your tarot reading.

• Repeat readings – I will not encourage you or anyone else to become dependent upon guidance from me. 

• As a general rule, if you requests more than two readings on the same topic within a month, I will refuse to do further readings until a little more time has passed.

Readings will not be completed until full payment has been made. No Exceptions.​

 

Delivery of Recorded Readings:

•  Readings are delivered by email. You will receive an email with a YouTube link  of your reading.

• Readings will be delivered within 3-7 days of scheduled day if not on scheduled day. However, I am only human and sometimes life gets in the way. If I am likely to be delayed, I will let you know.

• I reserve the right to refuse any reading if I find it out of alignment with my instincts, ethics and highest good.  In these cases, a full refund will be given payment has already been made. 

• I do not read for persons under the age of 18 unless their parents approve and provide written consent

• I will not give medical, legal or financial advice. I will refer you to appropriate organizations where necessary

Disclaimer:

I do NOT conduct readings in regards to...

• solving crimes, picking lottery numbers, locating lost items or persons

• predicting death dates, predicting exact dates of events (for example: “What is the date I will get married?”)

• readings about past lives

• readings about pregnancy

• diagnosing illnesses or finding cures for illnesses

• reading about possible demon possessions, questions related to dark energies or dark magic

• reading about persons younger than 18 years old unless you are a parent or legal guardian of the person in question

• I reserve the right to decline giving a Tarot reading which violates my personal ethics.

• Tarot Readings may not be 100% accurate.

• Jordyn, Owner & Operator of Lead By Light, LLC is not qualified to give Medical, Legal or Financial Advice & Advises All Clients To Seek Licensed Professionals When Needed.

• The client is responsible for their own life and decisions.

Divine Energy Healing & QHHT Sessions: ​

• Clients must fill out Client Waiver & Liability Form Prior to their Divine Energy Healing or QHHT Session. If the client fails to do this, forms will be filled out during the session and will cut into our scheduled time.

• Clients must pay in full prior to their session. 

• QHHT sessions will last a maximum of 5 hours and a minimum of 4.

• Clients understand that personal information will be provided in these sessions & all information provided is respected & will not be shared out side of session unless client provides written consent to do so. 

• All QHHT sessions will be recorded & client will receive an audio recording of their session. 

• All QHHT clients must be able to hear & be able to easily communicate.

• QHHT sessions are 1-on-1, no spouses, family, or friends, no one, can be in the session other than Jordyn of Lead By Light, LLC and the client. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Bundles, Subscriptions Classes, Certifications, Workshops & Mentoring. 

All Courses, Downloads, Subscriptions, Programs &  Bundles are final sale. No refunds will be made for these services. Monthly subscription services reset every month. Client is solely responsible for scheduling their sessions & making sure they have used their credits. Credits expire at the end of each billing period. If client cancels their bundle & or subscription it is their responsibility to redeem all credits before canceling, as no credits will be redeemable after cancellation has been processed. This

​Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment contact Lead By Light, LLC via email or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date & time. No full refunds will be made after this time. Any same day reschedules will be charged 30% of their service's cost. This policy is STRICTLY enforced.  Appointments that have been rescheduled & client cancels or fails to show up for rescheduled appointment forgo their right to a refund. Clients who cancel a monthly plan are responsible for redeeming all credits prior to canceling. Clients who fail to redeem all credits prior to plan cancellation will not have access to remaining credits & in turn will not be refunded or compensated for unused credits.

 

All appointments will start & end at scheduled time- no exceptions. Any client who shows up 10 minutes late or more to a booking without prior notice or does not show up at all is a No-Show and forgoes their right to a refund. No Shows do not get rescheduled. 

 

Please understand, refunds will not be provided for tarot readings once they have been completed and or recorded. Regardless of how you feel about the reading, you will have received the time, expertise and document you have paid for. 

 

Liability:

• By Purchasing & Scheduling and or Participating in Tarot Reading(s), Personal or Collective Reiki & Or Quantum Healing Session(s), Spiritual Life Coaching, Meditation(s), Certification(s) Courses, Workshops & or Programs or any other service(s) with Jordyn, Lead By Light, LLC, you agree to hold Jordyn, Lead by Light, LLC, harmless of any intended or unintended results of  provided service(s), documents, communications & the Information and or resources given, and client & or purchaser agree that Lead by Light will not be liable for compensation should any damages or injury result from using Jordyn, Lead By Light, LLC's services, website, hyperlinks, shared or given information and or documents or resources. Lead By Light is not qualified to give Medical, Legal or Financial Advice, nor do they claim to be capable of giving such advice. The client is responsible for their own life and decisions & agrees to take full responsibility for their own lie & decisions.

All Gift Cards Are Non-Refundable. Gift Cards Do Not Expire.
