Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, booking a session, purchasing a service, or enrolling in a program with Lead By Light, LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Lead By Light, LLC.

2. Scope of Services

Lead By Light, LLC provides holistic and spiritual services, including:

Usui & Holy Fire® Reiki Sessions & Training
Shamanic Energy Healing Sessions & Training
Spinal Flow Technique
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®)
Tarot & intuitive readings
Astrology Readings
Online courses, certifications, and mentorship programs

All services are offered for personal growth, energy healing, and spiritual support. These services are not substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or mental health care.

3. Client Eligibility & Responsibility

You must be 18 years or older to book, unless a legal guardian provides written consent.
By booking, you accept full responsibility for your choices, health and outcomes.
Lead By Light, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or misaligned with the values of this practice.

4. Payment Policy

All services, courses, and bundles must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be added afterward.
No sessions will be held until all outstanding payments and fees are paid in full.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

A. Individual Sessions

Cancellations must be emailed to contact@leadbylight.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Reschedule fees:
- Within 24 hours: $35
- Within 5 hours: $45
No-shows (arriving 10+ minutes late without notice) result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

B. Bundle & Subscription Clients

Clients with discounted bundle or subscription plans are subject to the following late cancellation fees when canceling within 24 hours of their scheduled session or No-Show:

1-hour session: $45
45-minute session: $35
30-minute session: $25

These charges apply in addition to the forfeiture of the session credit.

No sessions will be held until all reschedule or late cancellation fees are paid in full.

Additional bundle/subscription terms:

Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.
If a bundle or subscription is canceled, all remaining unused credits are forfeited.

6. Digital Products & Online Programs

All purchases of digital downloads, courses, workshops, and certifications are final sale.
No refunds will be issued.
Content is for the purchasing client only and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Tarot & Intuitive Readings

Readings are spiritual tools for guidance, not future predictions.
Limit: Two readings per topic per month.
Delivered via private YouTube link within 3–7 business days.
No refunds are issued after a reading is completed or recorded.

I do not offer readings about:

Medical, legal, or financial issues
Pregnancy or death
Missing persons or lost items
Diagnoses or dark energy
Clients under 18 (without parental consent)

Lead By Light, LLC reserves the right to decline readings that feel ethically or energetically misaligned.

8. QHHT® Sessions

Sessions are 4–6 hours long and conducted 1-on-1 only.
Clients must complete the intake and liability waiver prior to their session.
All QHHT® sessions are audio recorded and shared with the client.
QHHT® is excluded from discounts and loyalty rewards unless explicitly state

9. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to arrive on time, communicate respectfully, and uphold professional and spiritual boundaries.

Sessions may be terminated without refund if a client behaves in a way that is inappropriate, harmful, or misaligned with the values of Lead By Light, LLC.

10. Intellectual Property

All session materials, videos, course content, PDFs, and downloads are the intellectual property of Lead By Light, LLC.

They may not be copied, shared, taught, or republished without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

By booking services, the client agrees that Lead By Light, LLC and its owner are not responsible for the outcomes of any session, course, or product.

All services are provided “as is” with no guarantee of specific results.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential. No information is shared without written permission unless required by law.

13. Modifications

Lead By Light, LLC reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services implies agreement to the current terms.
