Your nourishment will be thoughtfully cared for throughout the retreat with a balance of catered meals, light breakfasts, and wholesome snacks.
On Thursday evening, we’ll share a simple, cozy dinner as everyone arrives and gently settles into the retreat space.
On Friday and Saturday, you’ll enjoy two fully catered meals each day — lunch and dinner — prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients by a local North Carolina caterer. These meals will honor all dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and celiac-friendly options, as well as hearty choices for those who prefer a more traditional plate.
Breakfasts will remain light and self-serve, with simple options to ease into the day without weighing down the body. The kitchen will also be stocked with snacks, charcuterie boards, and small platters, available throughout the day should you wish for more.
On Sunday morning, we’ll gently close our sacred experience with a light breakfast, nourishing teas, grab-and-go offerings, and heartfelt farewells before check-out at 10 AM.
