**During our sessions, we will practice energy techniques with one another, meditations & breathe work. The program is very interactive & includes a lot of information. The online course allows students to review this information & have it handy at home while also staying present during our practice & exercises together during session**

Week 2:  The Future Self - What it is & Why it is important, Embodying the "Future Self"

Week 3: Meditation & Building Our Personal Connection, How To Become A Successful Healer.

Month 2: Usui Reiki I

Week 1: Creating Your Sacred Space - The Impact of Herbs, Crystals, Plants & Personal Energy.

Week 2: History & Foundational Usui Reiki Knowledge.

Week: 3: Connecting to Life Force Energy & Hand Placements - Hands On Practice.

 Certification  -Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification & Attunement 

Month 3: Usui Reiki Level 2

Week 1: First 3 Reiki Symbols & How To Use Them On  Spaces, Plants, Animals & Food 

Week 2: Practice Healing Session With First 2 Symbols- Building Our Relationship With The Symbols

Week 3:Distance Healing & Akashic Records - Building Relationship With Distance Symbol

Month 4: Reiki Level 2 Continued

Week 1: Hands On Practice with all symbols. Q & A (Distance Healing & Hands On Healing)

Week 2: Shadowing Session - How To Prepare A Session, The Comfort of  Yourself  & Your Client

Week 3:  Reiki Level 1 & 2 Review, Q & A and Attunement.

 Certification: Usui Reiki Level 2 Certification & Attunement 

Month 5: Usui Reiki III , Master Level

Week 1: Final 2 Reiki Symbols -When & How to use them

Week 2: Attunements - Hands On Practice & Understanding The Significance Of Attunements

Week 3: When & How to Use All the Symbols: Hands On Practice & Full Healing Session Practice

Month 6: Usui Reiki III , Master Level Cont.& Pulling It All Together.

Week 1: How to teach a class, 1-on-1 & Conduct a Successful Program. 

Week 2: Business Ethics - How to run your reiki practice in alignment with your integrity & higher self.

Week 3: Shadowing Session - Q&A 

 Certification: Usui Reiki Level 3, Master Level Certification & Attunement
