**During our sessions, we will practice energy techniques with one another, meditations & breathe work. The program is very interactive & includes a lot of information. The online resources allow students to review this information & have it handy at home while also staying present during our practice & exercises together during session**

Week 2: History & Foundational Usui Reiki Knowledge.

Week: 3: Connecting to Life Force Energy & Hand Placements - Hands On Practice.

 Certification  -Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification & Attunement 

Month 3: Usui Reiki Level 2

Week 1: First 3 Reiki Symbols - Spaces, Plants, Animals & Food - Hands On Practice.

Week 2: Practice Healing Session with the First 2 Symbols- Building A Relationship With The Symbols

Week 3: Shadowing Session - Q & A

Month 4: Usui Reiki Level 2 Continued

Week 1: Distance Healing & Akashic Records - What Are They & Why Are They Important

Week 2: How To Prepare, Set Up & Conduct a Reiki Session, Your Comfort & Your Clients 

Week 3:  Hands On Practice. Shadowing Session & Q & A

Week 1: The Energy Field, Auric Body, Healing The Auric Body & Soul.  Hands On Practice & Q & A

Week 2: Intuitively Guided Healing - Why It's Important & Necessary To Be a Successful Healer! Hands On Practice
