Month 1: The Foundation

Week 1: The 5 Bodies  - What They Are & Why They are Important in Our Personal, Professional & Spiritual Existence. 

Week 2:  How To Become A Successful Healer & Grounding, Centering & Shielding

Week 3: Meditation & Building Our Personal Connection, How To Become A Successful Healer.

Month 2: Usui Reiki I

Week 1: Creating Your Sacred Space - The Impact of Herbs, Crystals, Plants & Personal Energy.

Week 2: History & Foundational Usui Reiki Knowledge.

Week: 3: Connecting to Life Force Energy & Hand Placements - Hands On Practice.

 Certification  -Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification & Attunement 

Month 3: Usui Reiki Level 2

Week 1: First 3 Reiki Symbols - Spaces, Plants, Animals & Food - Hands On Practice.

Week 2: Practice Healing with the First 2 Symbols- Building A Relationship With The Symbols

Week 3:  Full Healing Session Practice (30-45 Min) , Remaining time discussing session & making adjustments.

Month 4: Usui Reiki Level 2 Continued

Week 1: Distance Healing & Akashic Records - What Are They & Why Are They Important

Week 2: How To Prepare, Set Up & Conduct a Reiki Session, Your Comfort & Your Clients 

Week 3:  Course Conclusion, Review & Final Practice

What is an attunement & Why Is It Such An Important Part Of Reiki?

• The Reiki attunement is a sacred ceremony that involves the transfer of Reiki healing energy from the master to the student through a series of hand positions and symbolic gestures (The Reiki Symbols).

• The attunement is designed to open up the student's natural energy channels by removing blockages in the body and increase their ability to channel Reiki healing energy. After the attunement, the student's ability to channel divine reiki healing energy is permanent and lasts for life.
